Great hotel, very nicely furnished, friendly staff, excellent location.

Unfortunately, the Internet is still very unstable. Our bed was a little too short for us (I am 1.79 tall, my girlfriend is similar), but that is the rule in Asia.

It was as expected, had an amazing stay on a weekend. The breakfast was served in the restaurant. Everything was good, but a few employees were quite rude. The location of the hotel was central, near Malaysia and the imperial shopping area and shopping complex.

The chic-style building and new-fashioned rooms with amenities like a hairdryer and weighing balance were impressive. the hotel's location near Bintang Plaza was convenient and ideal for exploring Miri.

It was as expected, had a really amazing stay on a weekend in Miri. The location couldn't be more favourable by the council. The breakfast was served in the restaurant:)))

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the luxurious look of the property. The attention to detail in the rooms, with cozy interior design and amenities like a weighing balance in front of the wash basin, made my stay even more comfortable. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring Miri's nightlife and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms were beautiful and modern, with great design touches. The hotel was conveniently located near the mall and had USB ports in the power plugs, which was very convenient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The lack of parking was a problem, especially during weekdays when you might get fined for parking outside the hotel. It would be great if they could offer or sell parking coupons to guests with cars.

The hotel was recently renovated and it's clear that they put a lot of effort into the design. The room had a classy and tasteful atmosphere, which made my stay very enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was centrally located and close to both the mall and a variety of local eateries. It was also within walking distance to some nightlife spots, which was a great convenience.

Although the hotel had limited parking available, I was lucky enough to find a spot for free. However, I can see how this could be inconvenient for guests who have trouble finding parking.

Loved the facilities and very friendly staff. Lemonade and face wash were a nice touch. Location was perfect for exploring the city.

The bathroom design needs improvement. the lack of drainage in the toilet area creates a mess on the floor.
